accessAreaNames, accessAreaCodes는 하나의 구역의 정보들이기 때문에, 인덱스로만 연결된 현재 구조는 불안해 보입니다.
하나로 묶은 accessArea등의 dto를 만들어 해당 리스트를 반환하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다!

찾아보니 전에 만들어놓은 AreaInfo가 dto 패키지 안에 있었네요 ㅎㅎ.. 그거 사용하심 될거같슴다.
